Accessuble EFL books

This is probably a message for EFL teachers and those who can help me find out if any EFL books are accessible in electronic or braille format. I am particularly interested in 2 titles. The first book is called "Dreamteam" and the second is called "You and me" They are both for EFL students, so if anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

EFL is a term that means English as a foreign language.
